    • Investment in the Community
The council delegates will be divided into the categories as follows:

Once voting has ended, Hi-Rez will contact the potential new council members to execute any required documentation and organize the first player council meetings.

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and meeting the foregoing requirements is not a guarantee for selection into the voting phase or as a council member. As an initial matter, applications that contain obscene, offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory material will be removed.

We reserve the right to disqualify applications, including, without limitation, applications that:

  • (a) are incomplete or unclear,
  • (b) violate any applicable laws, including without limitation, infringement of intellectual property,
  • (c) contain fraudulent, untrue, or misleading information, or
  • (d) are otherwise detrimental or damaging to Hi-Rez Studios and its affiliates.

We reserve the right to disqualify applications that do not comply with these rules.

Term Length

The 2023 council will sit for a term of 12 months, from January 2023 (on or about the Year 10 start date) to January 2024 (on or about the Year 10 end date).

Members of the council may apply for successive elections, but may only be elected and serve for two terms. In cases of Code of Conduct breaches or other Player Council Participation Agreement violations, members of the council may be dismissed. In cases where a member resigns or is dismissed from the council before the end of their term, the candidate with the next highest number of votes that wasn’t elected may be asked to join the council.

Code of Conduct

As representatives of the community, members of the council are expected to be active, engaging, and respectful. This includes without limitation abiding by the following requirements:
  • Members of the council are expected to engage with the game’s community, Titan Forge, and other council members in a professional, respectful and constructive manner.
  • Members of the council must comply with their Player Council Participation Agreement at all times and keep ongoing discussion with Titan Forge private unless explicitly cleared to do so by Titan Forge Games in advance.
  • Members of the council must comply with Hi-Rez Documentation at all times.
  • Members of the council are expected to maintain a reasonable level of activity with the council, and may not miss more than three meetings in a row unless reasonable explanation is given.
Failure to abide by any of the above can result in early dismissal from the council.
